Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the general conditions for HazelH2O equipment, installation, monitoring, and support. Your written estimate or service agreement controls if it contains different terms.

1. Monitoring service

HazelH2O provides informational monitoring of compatible private-well, storage-tank, pump, and water-flow equipment. Readings, dashboards, status lights, and alerts are intended to help identify possible conditions; they are not a guarantee of water availability, water quality, pump operation, or prevention of property damage.

2. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for maintaining the well, tank, pump, plumbing, electrical service, internet connection, and any third-party equipment. Customers must keep contact information current and respond appropriately to warnings, unusual readings, leaks, low-water conditions, or equipment faults.

3. Internet, power, and alerts

Remote monitoring and notifications may be delayed or unavailable during power, internet, cellular, equipment, or third-party service interruptions. The local visual status light may continue to provide limited on-site status when remote service is unavailable, depending on system power and configuration.

4. Installation and access

The customer must provide safe, reasonable access to the installation and service areas and disclose known hazards. Additional work outside the accepted estimate requires customer approval and may involve additional charges.

5. Payment and subscriptions

Equipment, installation, monitoring fees, billing schedule, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown in the customer’s written estimate or service agreement. Past-due monitoring service may be suspended after notice.

6. Water quality and emergency use

HazelH2O does not test or certify water potability unless a separate written service expressly says otherwise. The system is not a fire alarm, life-safety device, emergency dispatch service, or substitute for required inspections, maintenance, or professional well and pump service.

7. Limits

To the extent permitted by law, HazelH2O is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses caused by missed alerts, service interruptions, third-party systems, concealed defects, or conditions outside HazelH2O’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Privacy and contact

Information submitted through the website is used to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, and support customer systems. Questions may be directed to support@HazelH2O.com or 619-320-8580.
